Are you looking to donate your car but can’t take time off work? At Ride Revive, we understand that many of our donors have busy schedules. That’s why we offer convenient evening car donation pickups. Our team will work with you to arrange a pickup that fits your evening hours, typically between 4 PM and 7 PM, so you can donate your vehicle without interrupting your day.
To make the process smooth, we’ll coordinate with a dispatcher who will communicate directly with you. You'll simply need to leave your keys and the title in an agreed-upon location, ensuring a safe and efficient pickup even if you’re not home. Our goal is to make donating your car as easy as possible while ensuring the safety and visibility of the process during summer months when it's lighter later in the day.
Step-by-step timeline

Confirm Pickup Details
A dispatcher will reach out to confirm the pickup location and any specific instructions for leaving your keys, title, and access pathway.

Our tow operator will arrive during the coordinated time window, typically between 4 PM and 7 PM, to pick up your vehicle safely.
Receive Donation Receipt
Once your car is picked up, we will process the donation and mail you an IRS 1098-C after the sale of the vehicle.

Honest expectations
While we strive to provide same-day pickups, our evening slots are limited and not guaranteed. After-hours pickups will primarily occur from 4 PM to 7 PM, and we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date. Additionally, in some less accessible neighborhoods, our team may face logistical challenges. As a reminder, the IRS 1098-C will be sent after the vehicle is sold, not at the time of pickup.
How pickup logistics work
During the donation process, our experienced dispatch team coordinates with our network of tow operators to ensure a smooth pickup experience. You’ll receive timely updates from the dispatcher, including an estimated arrival time. Our aim is to keep you informed every step of the way, making the process as straightforward and transparent as possible.
Denver pickup notes
In Denver, we benefit from a dense network of tow operators, making after-hours pickups efficient and safe. However, it’s essential to consider local regulations, such as HOA permits or street-parking rules, particularly in urban areas. Additionally, rural locations may have access limitations, so we encourage donors to provide clear instructions to facilitate the pickup process.
