Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-21

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of denverdonatecars.com (the "Site"), operated by Ride Revive ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting a vehicle donation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Donation acceptance

Submitting the donation form is an inquiry, not a final acceptance. We reserve the right to decline a donation if the vehicle is ineligible (e.g., missing title where required, prohibited hazardous materials, or outside our pickup service area). You will be notified by phone or email within 24–48 hours of submission.

2. Vehicle title and ownership

You represent that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to donate it, that the title is in your name (or will be properly transferred at pickup), and that no liens or encumbrances remain unresolved. You are responsible for canceling your insurance and removing license plates as required by your state DMV after pickup.

3. Tax deduction

We provide IRS Form 1098-C when required by federal tax law. The actual deductible amount depends on the sale price of the vehicle or its fair market value, per IRS Publication 4303. We do not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for your specific situation.

4. Pickup

Vehicle pickup is free and arranged by our tow partners. You agree to make the vehicle reasonably accessible (tires inflated or on a flat surface) and to be present or have a responsible adult present during pickup. The tow operator may refuse pickup if the vehicle's location or condition poses a safety hazard.

5. No warranty of benefits eligibility

The embedded benefits-finder widget, provided by our partner National Heritage for the Blind, is informational only. Eligibility for any government program is determined solely by the relevant agency. We make no guarantee that you will qualify for any specific benefit.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and page design — is the property of Ride Revive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride Revive is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the donation process. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ride Revive, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of vehicle ownership or condition, or violation of applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
